How ignorance is bliss?

You maybe hear sometimes that ignorance is bliss and I got to the conclusion that most of us understand that is such a wrong way, this is why I decided to make this my first post on this blog witch will concentrate on mental training for sports and life in general.
The few of you who will get to see this probably workout already or you just thinking about starting, the matter of "ignorance is bliss" will only mean anything to those of you that already workout and that at least once you got to the point when you feel you can't do it anymore, those of you who were so exhausted during a training that you feel like you will break into pieces if you do one more drill.I get to that point a lot because I just love that moment. In that moment your body is telling you that he can't do anything anymore and the way it manifests is that you start finding all kind of reasons and excuses and shortcuts to make your life easier. You can also transfer this into general life when you keep avoiding things and keep imagining bad outcomes to your plans. We all have these doubts and we all must fight them, but the trick is right here,we must not fight it because as soon as we start thinking like that we give those thoughts a power,we believe them and we make them come true as soon as we start fighting them,of course you will probably say:What should i do then?
IGNORE THEM,they are just normal reactions of your body witch doesn't know that he can go further most of the time because you've never done that. What I suggest you to do is total ignorance with these moments and the best practical way to do it is when you get to that point and when you start thinking of quitting whatever you are doing, just do something more go straight into a new drill,a new boxing combinations,a new business.yes sport is related to everything in life because when you mastered this ignorance in front of physical exhaustion then you'll be able to have everything you want from life. The second trick in this process is that you're not going to master it on your first try,but my strong advice is TRY I guarantee that after your training you'll feel as a champion.
My closest example comes from today on my wrestling class. If you ever done wrestling you know that the training is very tough and physical,at the end of one hour I unable to see properly because of the sweat that was in my eyes and we still had to do the sparring sessions. So there I was wrestling with a guy and after four rounds I got to that point and i start hearing my thoughts saying:STOP,in that very second I saw that my opponent had a lazy leg and I thrown myself on a single leg attack and I put that guy down and then we start again and I was so excited because I knew that was a moment when i went beyond my limits, the beauty of my ignorance in front of these thoughts is that I completely forgot about them and we carried on for another ten minutes. Now I'm just fine and happy to write about this.
The bottom line is you really need to stop fighting your bad thoughts and bad vibes and fears because you make them real when you fight them, they are unreal and they deserve to be IGNORED.
I'd really like to know how you apply this and how it worked out.
